Our programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. You will be working with BCRPA qualified, certified personal, group, and weight trainers to help you achieve levels of weight loss and fitness success you never thought possible. Our philosophy is quality verses quantity. All classes are held outdoor, rain or shine, at various locations throughout the Greater Victoria area.


Bootcamp Program Includes:

  • 8 weeks of training
  • Classes run throughout the year
  • Classes are 75 to 90 minutes (Saturdays)
  • Certified Trainers
  • Exercise routines that include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, core and flexibility.
  • Nutritional Guidance and Weight Loss Strategies
  • Develop skills and techniques to achieve maximum results.
  • All participants must bring a set of 8lb weights or heavier to class. All other equipment is supplied.
  • All classes held outdoor Rain or Shine
  • You will achieve your fitness and nutritional goals through fun and effective training.
  • All fitness levels welcomed
